Citizens of the following countries and persons who are not necessarily citizens of those countries but who possess travel documents issued by their authorities are required to have Airport Transit Visa (ATV).

Note: Flight crew who are citizens of a Contracting Party to the Chicago Convention are exempted from the ATV requirement).
